NASS accepts a wide range of carriers, including Medicare and Worker’s Compensation. See our comprehensive list here.

Do you take Medicaid?
No.

What can I expect at my first appointment?
We will go over your medical history, take your vitals, and you will meet with one of our neurosurgeons.

Is a co-pay due at my first appointment?
If your insurance policy requires you make a co-payment for office visits with specialists, payment will be required at the time of service.

I have questions about my upcoming surgery. Who can I talk to?
Please direct all questions regarding surgical procedures to our surgery scheduling coordinators.  They have expertise in many issues related to the surgeries performed by our physicians.  If they are unable to answer your question, they will communicate with our physicians in order to get you a timely response.

How do I find out the results of my tests?
If you have been referred for diagnostic testing by our physicians, we will make arrangements for a follow up visit to review your test results. In some cases a follow-up visit may not be required.  In this case you will receive a call from either our clinical staff or your physician to report the test findings.

Who do I speak with if I need to reschedule a test ordered by one of your physicians?
Due to the many requirements dictated by insurance companies, we ask that you call our office and speak to the Patient Checkout/Testing Department. They will help with rescheduling and verify pre-certification if required.
